01 / WHAT WE DO

A better fit for
the work you do.

One local partner from the first measurement to the finished piece. We visit your shop to see the part and understand the task.

01

Jigs & fixtures

Custom aids for positioning, alignment, and repeatable shop tasks. Designed to suit your process and workspace.

02

CAD & part design

We visit your shop to measure the part, capture the requirements, and develop a design for your review. Business prototypes and fit models can help you evaluate a physical interface.

03

3D printing & delivery

Turn the agreed design into a printed piece, then bring it back to your shop to check fit and discuss any refinements.

02 / FROM IDEA TO PART

Here’s how it works.

You don’t need a CAD file to get started. We work through the details with you.

STEP 01 / AT YOUR SHOP

We come to your shop.

We visit your shop to measure the part or assembly, see the setup, and discuss how the tool will be used.

All you need is the part or assembly and context about its intended use. We handle the measurements and CAD.

STEP 02 / CAD DESIGN & REVIEW

Give the idea a shape.

We translate measurements and requirements into a CAD design, considering fit, access, and the intended printing approach. Then we review the design, assumptions, and estimate together and confirm the scope and design revision before printing.

Checkpoint: your approval of the design, estimate, and work scope before production.

STEP 03 / PRODUCTION

Make it tangible.

We print the approved design and perform the agreed finishing and dimensional checks. Material and production details are discussed for each job.

Outcome: the printed piece, ready for a fit check.

STEP 04 / BACK AT YOUR SHOP

Close the loop on fit.

We return with the completed piece and check its fit in the intended setup. Any requested refinements are recorded and scoped together.

Outcome: delivery, fit-check notes, and a clear revision record.
